Mr. Steven A. Bleier is a Partner, Co-Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager at Brigade Capital Management LP.
He is on the Board of Directors at Federation Employment & Guidance Service, Inc. Having joined the firm in 2008, Mr. Bleier serves as a member of the firm’s Investment, Management, Risk and Pricing Committees.
He is responsible for all Structured Product investing at Brigade and is the lead Portfolio Manager of its dedicated structured credit fund, which he launched in 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bleier was an Executive Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Morgan Stanley from 2003 to 2008, where he traded high yield cash bonds and derivatives, and before that was an Associate in the High Yield Research Department at Goldman Sachs, covering the commodity and specialty chemical sectors.
Mr. Bleier received a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
