Lanka Financial Services Bureau Ltd. is a Sri Lankan company established in 2006-2007 through collaboration among leading banks, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, and the Sri Lanka Banks Association. The company is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The company operates under a corporate cooperative business model and provides cost-effective, secure financial messaging services to the local financial community via the SWIFT network. It offers shared connectivity and messaging infrastructures that serve as common gateways and interfaces for sending, receiving, and managing SWIFT messages. These services support over 34 SWIFT users, including local and foreign banks and primary dealers. Lanka Financial Services Bureau also delivers value-added services such as hardware, software, project planning, implementation, ISO 20022 services, training, and CSCF audits. The company partners with managed service providers for network connectivity and is overseen by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to ensure efficient national payment and settlement systems.

The Employers' Federation of Ceylon (EFC), established in 1929, is Sri Lanka’s national employers’ organization representing over 700 members across 21 industries and advocating for more than 800,000 employees. The organization promotes responsible business initiatives such as the skills passport for migrant workers and the employers’ network on disability, supporting employment and training for persons with disabilities through its disability training and resource centre, which offers accredited programs including sign language, computer literacy, entrepreneurship, and IT certifications. EFC conducts research and surveys on wages, benefits, employment trends, and disability inclusion, and provides data to members and stakeholders. It engages in advocacy, legislation updates, and national initiatives related to workplace guidelines.
