Sin Just Wong

Sin Just Wong was the founder of SBI E2 Capital Asia Holdings Pte Ltd. (founded in 2000) and held the title of Chairman from 2011 to 2012.
Currently, Mr. Wong is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of China Pacific Acquisition Corp.
since 2007, Vice Chairman of Monte Jade Science & Technology Association, Chairman of The Community Chest of Hong Kong since 2010, and a Member of The Better Hong Kong Foundation.
Mr. Wong started as an Associate at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1992 and is currently still in that position.
Mr. Wong has also held former positions as the Chief Executive Officer of SBI Holdings, Inc., Non-Executive Chairman of Reenova Investment Holding Ltd. and E2-Capital Holdings Ltd., Independent Director of CDC Software International Corp.

Mr. Wong obtained an undergraduate degree from Imperial College London.
