Lifeworks utilizes a planning-based approach to investing if the client is primarily interested in matching future liabilities with financial assets. Else, if the client is strictly interested in the management of their investable assets, the firm utilizes a classic risk-based approach to investing in order to build out investment portfolios for its clients. Lifeworks uses quantitative and fundamental research approach to select holdings within each strategy. Each strategy will mainly consist of products in equity and fixed income asset classes in order to achieve the client’s investment goals.
