Renee Winters

Renée joins the Closed Loop Partners team as a Senior Business Operations Consultant.
Renée brings experience and expertise to help fast-growing investment firms optimize their foundations across fund administration, investor experience, compliance, policies & procedures, and human resource management.
Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Renée was the Chief Business Officer of AO Asset Management, a long/short equity hedge fund covering technology, media and telecommunications.
There, she led large-scale transformations that created efficiencies, boosted cyber security and enhanced capital raising outcomes.
Renée also served as the Deputy Compliance Officer at AO Asset Management.
Before joining AO in 2019, Renée was Director of Operations & Finance at KS Management Corp, a dual strategy event driven hedge fund including bank debt, equity and derivatives securities.
Renée also served as the Controller, Compliance Manager, Investor Relations Manager and Marketing Associate over her tenure at KS Management.
Renée brings an entrepreneurial, dynamic approach to identifying opportunities to streamline systems, align business functions and enhance team performance.
Renée is a member of 100 Women in Finance and the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA).
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pace University.
