Dr. Oskar Chmiel is a Specialist in Social Sciences at Centrum Analiz Spoleczno-Ekonomicznych.
He participates in research projects on international cooperation, migration and labour markets.
Prior to joining CASE, Dr. Oskar gained experience working, among others, as: an intern at the Polish Centre for African Studies (PCSA), an intern at the Istanbul Gelisim University, a Visiting PhD student at the University of Granada, a Visiting Researcher at German Development Institute (DIE), and a Visiting Fellow at the European University Institute (EUI) and the Historical Archives of the European Union (HAEU) in terms of Vibeke Sørensen Grant.
He holds a master's degree in European Studies from the University of Wroclaw.
