Molly joined the Upfront investment team in 2021, coming from NYL Ventures, the corporate venture fund of New York Life Insurance, where she was focused on enterprise software, fintech, health and insurtech deals across stages from Seed to Series D financing rounds.
While at NYL Ventures Molly sourced and closed on the $17M Series A investment into AltoIRA, an alternative investment IRA platform.
Prior to NYL Ventures, she worked in growth equity at a family office fund and pre-IPO fund GPO Fund as an Analyst, as well as in early-stage at TMV (fka Trail Mix Ventures) as an Associate.
She began her career by founding Blue&Tuck, a sports bra company after her freshman year at NYU, and then went on to be Project Manager at Google’s incubator 30 Weeks.
Molly graduated early from NYU with a BA in Design and Entrepreneurship.
