Nils Niederhagen

Nils Niederhagen is Investment Manager at Waterland in Hamburg, Germany.
Before joining, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group as a management consultant for five years – most recently as a project leader.
Here he mainly supported companies in the technology, media and telecommunications sector in strategic and operational topics.
During this time there, he also worked briefly as an interim manager at 1&1 Telecommunications SE.
Nils studied business administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar.
Here he completed both his bachelor's and master's degree, each with a semester abroad in Philadelphia and Michigan.
During his studies, Nils completed several internships – among others at KPMG, Carl Zeiss, SMP and various start-ups.
