Neil was awarded a BA (Hons) in Economics in Newcastle in 1984.
In 1988 he qualified as a chartered accountant with ACA. Neil worked with a leading private practice accountancy firm between 1984 and 1996, with 6 years in audit, 2 in corporate finance and 4 in corporate recovery.
He joined Pims as Financial Controller in 1996, becoming Finance Director in June 2002.
