Nathalie Auber has over two decades of private equity experience in financial reporting, operations, and deal structure.
She works closely with the investment team on financings, portfolio exit strategy & execution, and valuations.
Nathalie leads the Finance & Accounting team and all administrative aspects.
Prior to joining Sofinnova in 1996, she was the Director of Internal Audit for five years at Catellus Development, a publicly traded company.
Before Catellus, Nathalie spent seven years as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche, both in Paris and San Francisco.
Nathalie holds a Finance degree from the NEOMA Business School (L’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce) in Rouen, France.
She is a Certified Public Accountant in California and an “Expert Comptable” (CPA equivalent) in France.
Nathalie is also treasurer of the Kids and Art Foundation, a non-for-profit organization dedicated to providing art experiences for children undergoing treatment for cancer and other life-threatening illness.
She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco and its foundation; and former member of the Board of Directors of the VCBC, an organization dedicated to providing education and community to finance professionals in Venture Capital.
