Mukesh Kacker

Mukesh Kacker is the founder of Kacker & Daughter Infrastructure Consultancy Svcs Pvt Ltd. He currently holds the position of Independent Director at Entertainment World Developers Ltd., Dmic Haryana Global City Project Ltd., Dmic Haryana Mrts Project Ltd., and Lifeline Foundation.
He is also a Member of the Indian Administrative Service.
In his former roles, Mr. Kacker served as Chairman & Managing Director at Indian Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman at Indus Concessions India Pvt Ltd. and DCDC Health Services Pvt Ltd., and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Arshiya Ltd. from 2009 to 2019.
He also served as the Director General at CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Capri Global Capital Ltd. from 2012 to 2024.
Additionally, he was a Member of the National Highways Authority of India and held the position of Joint Secretary at the Department of Chemicals & Petro-Chemicals.
Mr. Kacker pursued his education at Harvard University, where he obtained a graduate degree.
He also attended the University of Allahabad, where he completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
