Prior to joining California Clean Energy Fund Management in September 2008, Mr. Lecar was a Ventur Consultant with Trinity Ventures.
He was Pacific Gas & Electric from 1998 until 2001 as a product developer.
He also has previous experience with Easenergy.
Mr. Lecar holds a Master of Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government and a BS in Physics and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
