Mr. Ferrante joined Columbus Nova in 2006.
Prior to joining Columbus Nova, he managed and was Co-Chief Investment Officer for the Citigroup Pension Fund, a $10 billion investment vehicle investing in a variety of asset classes globally.
Under Mr. Ferrante’s supervision the Pension Fund performed in the top quartile of its peer group.
Before joining Citigroup, he was a senior manager with Ernst Young involved in audit, tax and merger and acquisitions primarily with financial services companies.
Mr. Ferrante has a B.B.A in accounting from Pace University, where he was an adjunct professor in accounting from 1987-1992 and is both a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
He is a member of the CFA Institute, the New York State Society of Security Analysts, the American Institute of CPAs, and the New York State Society of CPAs.
Mr. Ferrante is currently on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Cramer Rosenthal & McGylnn (CRM) Mutual Fund Group.
