Before Chesswood, Mr. Knight most recently spent seven years at Gluskin Sheff + Associates as VP & Portfolio Manager working across the company’s fixed income and equity products, including management of the firm’s Resource Fund.
He also worked as part of the investment teams that managed the firm’s leveraged credit, high yield fixed income and leveraged loan products.
Prior thereto, Mr. Knight was COO and Portfolio Manager of a Calgary-based energy hedge fund for five years after spending seven years in the institutional equity research group within an energy-focused investment boutique.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary.
