Prior to joining Black Angus Steakhouse, Mr. Curtis was an Operating Advisor of Circle Peak Capital LLC until December 31, 2007 and an Operations Director of Great American Restaurants, Inc. from 1976 to 1983.
He was a Vice President of State Street Investment Corp.
and a Director of the Oregon Restaurant Association.
Mr. Curtis received a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Florida State University in 1967.
