As one of the co-founders, Kirill Varlamov led the successful Russian technology company Naumen for more than a decade.
In 2012 he graduated from the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, Executive MBA. He completed a targeted quality management program at Bradley University, USA and an internship at Caterpillar.
In 2012, he won the international competition "Entrepreneur of the Year" held by the consulting company Ernst & Young in 50 countries.
Member of the Board of the Russian Management Community.
