Prior to joining Legacy Capital Partners, Ms. Hoy served as First Interstate Properties’ General Counsel, responsible for the company’s legal affairs in the areas of asset acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing.
Her involvement in the real estate industry began in 1989 as an attorney focused on development and finance.
Her experience includes transactions ranging from land acquisition through project leasing, and she has represented real estate developers in connection with the acquisition, development, syndication, leasing and financing of commercial real estate.
Ms. Hoy received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her J.D.
(summa cum laude) from the University of Akron.
