Ka Tung Leung

Ka Tung Leung is the founder of Tl Property Consultants International Ltd., which was founded in 1996.
He currently holds positions as a Council Member at Shanghai Overseas Friendship Association, a Member at Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Member-Supervisory Board at The Hong Kong Housing Society, a Member at Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference of Shanghai, a Member at Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Asia, a Member at Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Guangxi, a Member at Appeal Tribunal Panel, a Member at The Surveyors Registration Board, and a Council Member at Shanghai Xuhui China Overseas Friendship Association.
He has also held former positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director at South China Assets Holdings Ltd. and South China Holdings Co. Ltd., as well as various director positions at different companies.
Dr. Leung has an undergraduate degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a graduate degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a doctorate degree from Empresarial University.
