Joseph T. Waters

Joseph Terry Waters has been Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Gartner, Inc. since February 2007.
Previously, he held various senior sales, marketing and product leadership positions at Gartner, including Head of the Eastern Region Sales for North America and Head of Worldwide Marketing and Senior Vice President of Executive Programs from January 2005 to February 2007.
Mr. Waters rejoined Gartner in August 2002.
Prior to rejoining Gartner, he was Chief Operating Officer of ScreamingMedia.
Mr. Waters started his career at Xerox Corp., where he worked in sales and product-marketing support for 4 years.
He received a Bachelor's degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
