In addition to serving State Street Global Advisors, Mr. Lyons is with State Street Global Alliance.
Mr. Lyons came to Global Alliance from SSgA's Office of Fiduciary Advisor where he was responsible for oversight and management of several client pension plans.
Prior to joining SSgA in 1996, he was a Vice President of Finance at NatWest Investment Management, Inc.; Chief Financial Officer of Working Assets Capital Management; and Vice President of The Boston Company, Inc.
Mr. Lyons holds a BS/BA in Accounting from Boston University and an MBA from Boston College.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for each of the Global Alliance Portfolio companies and serves as the CFO of Wilton Asset Management, a joint venture between SSgA and Dupont Capital Management.
