Joe joined Rubicon Partners in 2014 as an Associate and subsequently was promoted to Principal.
He was made a Partner in May 2023.
He is a member of the Rubicon Partners Investment Committee.
Prior to joining the Firm, he led reporting for the Strategic Communications Division at FTI Consulting.
Joe started his career at Baker Tilly in London as an Auditor, where he worked with a diverse range of companies from owner-managed businesses to AIM-listed groups.
During this time, he also completed a secondment in Melbourne, Australia.
Joe completed his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2022.
Additionally, he obtained his ACA qualification from the ICAEW during his time at Baker Tilly, and while at The University of Warwick obtained a Masters in Mathematics and Physics.
