SCM's investment objective is to increase the value of their subsidiaries and portfolio firms. They seek to gain market leading positions while contributing to the growth and development of the Ukrainian economy. SCM manages their portfolio firms through both organic growth and acquisitions. They plan to invest US 6 billion in the organic growth of their businesses which operate in mining, metals, energy, finance, telecoms, and media. They also consider acquisitions of new assets which are aligned with their overall investment strategy.
