Ms. Cohen joined Ameriprise Advisor Services in November 2008 when H&R Block Financial Advisors was acquired by Ameriprise.
Before joining H&R Block, Ms. Cohen was Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff at ING Advisors Network, which consists of approximately 10,000 independent financial planners.
She also previously served as Senior Vice President and Controller at ING Americas, one of the largest integrated financial services organizations in the world.
Ms. Cohen is a member of Financial Executives International and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
She holds the following licenses: General Securities Representative (Series 7); General Securities Principal License (Series 24); and General Securities Financial/Operations Principal License (Series 27).
Cohen serves on the board of the Women’s Employment Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women achieve economic self-sufficiency.
Ms. Cohen holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Adrian College in Michigan and is a certified public accountant.
