Born in London, England, Dr. Jacobs is now in charge of the geriatrics department at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem -- one of the world’s leading hospitals.
After completing his undergraduate and medical education at University of London and University College Hospital Medical School, Dr. Jacobs went to the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) where he operated in various sectors including Advanced Combat Trauma Life Support (ACTLS).
Alongside his important position at Hadassah Hospital, he remains a reserve in the IDF, with the position of captain.
