Jason Jiang

Prior to joining Sycamore Ventures, Mr. Jiang was a veteran and chief executive to organize and implement numerous industrial exemplary projects and major equipment technology projects administered by National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology of Peoples Republic of China.
Over the six years while he was the president of enterprises which affiliated directly to the PRCs central government, he planned and conducted the disposition, merger and acquisition of more than ten SOEs, including assisting 2 companies to go IPO.
Just to name a few, which are energy and environmentally related, Tianjin Oil & Gas Co., Tsentian River Hydroelectricity Plant in Hubei Province, Aluminum Oxide Plant in Guizhou Province, base of Guangxi Paper Utensil, etc.
Mr. Jiang has also served as the CEO for both China Tongtai Environmental Technology Co. and Yanjiao Hecheng Environmental-Protection Material Co. Jason is concurrently the CFO of Shanghai Torch Ecology, a waste water treatment company, and board member of HaiHengAn, a power-saving coating material company.
Prior to that, he was the president of Zhongbao, a rust-preventive packaging material company.
He received his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, his Master Degree in Computer Science from Beijing Graduate Studies Program, China University of Mining and Technology, and his EMBA from Tsinghua University.
