Invesco Canada Ltd. is a Canadian mutual fund manager headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The firm was founded in 1981 and formerly known as Invesco Trimark Ltd. and as AIM Funds Management, Inc. They are a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) in the US. Invesco Canada primarily provides investment advice to the Canadian Funds. In addition, the firm provides investment advice to investment companies, charitable organizations, pension plans, endowments, charities and corporations, banks, pooled investment vehicles, provincial or municipal government entities and insurance companies.

Laketon Investment Management is an investment advisor located in Toronto, Ontario. The firm is a division of GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. (GLC), itself a subsidiary of The Great-West Life Assurance Co., which is, in turn, a subsidiary of Great-West Life Co., Inc. Their ultimate parent is Power Financial Corp. of Canada (TSE: POW). In 2011, Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life brought together three Canadian investment management subsidiaries under the umbrella of a new Canadian investment management subsidiary, GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. In 2012, These divisions include GWL Investment Management, London Capital Management and Laketon Investment Management. In 2012, Portico Investment Management was established as GLC's fixed income investment management division. GLC manages money for pension plans, endowments, group and individual retirement plans, institutional and high net worth clients, on behalf of some of the largest corporations in Canada.
