Ms. Jane McIntyre is Senior Economist-Centre for Municipal Studies at Aeric, Inc. Ms. McIntyre is responsible for the economic forecasts of six Canadian CMAs: St. John’s, Halifax, Saint John, Toronto, Oshawa and Hamilton.
She also conducts custom research such as the Housing Sector Outlook and a Condo Market Outlook, by provinces and CMAs for specific clients.
In the past, she has provided General Motors of Canada with a detail car and truck outlook, for Canada and the provinces.
She has also provided both internal and external clients with “Eviews” training.

Comm-Honors Economics from Saint Mary's University and a MA from McMaster University.
