Möbius is an active, medium- to long-term manager which invests in Spanish SMEs in a range of sectors without limitation, except the financial and real estate sectors. They invest in companies across Spain, with a focus on Aragon and Madrid. The firm focuses on seed, start-up and expansion/development transactions, investing a maximum of approximately EUR 6 million per transaction and co-investing with venture capital partners for larger transactions. Möbius seeks to invest in well managed companies with a reasonable business plan reflecting the company's medium and long-term strategy where there is opportunity to add value and facilitate the transformation of the company through active participation in their strategy. The firm generally takes minority stakes and seeks board representation, partnering with investee management to create value without becoming involved in the daily management of the business. They aim to exit their investments in approximately three to five years. The firm's Investment Committee proposes all investments and divestments to their board of directors.
