Gary Higgins is Chief Technology Officer of Apogen Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining Apogen Technologies in 2002, he was Chief Engineer of Reserve Components Automation System for The Boeing Co. He joined SAIC, Inc. in 1999 as Vice President and the Group Chief Engineer of Business Systems Integration.
Mr. Higgins began his career as a Federal Employee with the Department of Navy at the Stennis Space Center in 1984.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the federal information technology market.
Mr. Higgins received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters of Science degree in Information Management from Syracuse University.
