Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2005, Mr. Lee was an investment associate at FLAG Capital Management, where he performed due diligence on private equity and venture capital funds.
Previously, Mr. Lee was an investment banking associate at de Visscher & Co., where he was highly involved in all of its corporate finance activities.
Mr. Lee also has direct private equity investing experience through de Visscher’s affiliate, Family Capital Growth Partners, and was involved in the sourcing, structuring and execution of several buyout transactions.
Mr. Lee holds a B.S.
in Finance from New York University.
