Mr. Hickman served on ABA’s Corporate Governance Task Force and is a board member of the American Bankers Professional & Fidelity Insurance Company, Limited.
He chaired the ABA Community Bankers Council and served on the ABA Government Relations Council.
He is a former chairman of the Michigan Bankers Association and was named MBA’s 2005 Banker of the Year.
Mr. Hickman served formerly as a member of the community bank advisory council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and is chairman of the board of Michigan Bankers Services, LLC.
