Mr. Kralic joined Riverside in 2007 after serving five years as the CFO and Director of IT of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems.
At Bendix, Mr. Kralic partnered with the operating managers to double sales while improving the long-term cost structure.
Prior to Bendix, Mr. Kralic served as the Director of Corporate Finance for NCR Corporation responsible for capital structure, liquidity, credit facilities, foreign exchange, and risk management.
Mr. Kralic holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University.
