Cody Patrick

Cody Patrick is a Vice President of P4G where he is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives.
Mr. Patrick has over four years of Corporate M&A and private equity investment experience predominantly focused on Aerospace & Defense, General Industrial and Business Services.
Prior to joining P4G Capital, Mr. Patrick was a Manager of M&A at Honeywell Aerospace where he was responsible for supporting business units across Acquisitions, Product Line Divestitures, IP Licensing and Strategic Partnerships.
Prior to Honeywell, Mr. Patrick was an Associate at ValueStreet Equity Partners and prior to beginning his career in finance served in the United States Marine Corps for five years.
Mr. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University and successfully completed the Next Step executive program at the Tuck school of Business at Dartmouth.
