Chelsea Leadbetter

Ms. Chelsea Leadbetter, CFA, is an Executive Director & Head of Wealth Development at Forsyth Barr Ltd. Prior to this, She spent over a decade in Forsyth Barr's Research team across a variety of roles; most recently as a Senior Equity Analyst.
She was consistently a ranked analyst in the INFINZ industry awards for her research coverage.
Chelsea was also the recipient of the INFINZ Emerging Leader award in 2019.
She studied a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science at Victoria University, majoring in Finance and Psychology.
She gained a Victoria Graduate Award and went on to complete her Honours degree in Finance.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the Institute of Finance Professionals NZ (INFINZ).
She is also a current Board Director for the CFA Society of New Zealand.
