Williams is a Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Halbert Hargrove Global Advisors LLC.
She manages the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Her role requires a deep understanding of clients’ needs as well as HH’s internal operations.
Some of her responsibilities include recruiting and managing the firm’s wealth advisor and operations teams—specifically, fostering an environment of exemplary client service.
In addition, as Chief Compliance Officer, she is responsible for oversight of HH’s compliance strategies firm wide.
She joined HH as an operations specialist in 2006.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Finance/Real Estate/Law cum laude from California State University at Long Beach in 2006 and her MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in 2013.
She was awarded the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY™ designation by the University of Pittsburgh-affiliated Center for Fiduciary Studies and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.
