From 1995 to 2006, he was employed by Smith Barney Consulting Group as a Senior Vice President and Divisional Sales Director where he was responsible for sales and training support for over 3,000 financial advisors.
Mr. Ward earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Delaware.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
He also holds the CIMA designation.
