In addition to his role with Silicon Pastures, Mr. Puissant has held senior level executive roles in a variety of industries such as education, energy, distribution and technology with companies like Ameritech, Novell, and We Energies to name a few.
Most recently he led the M&A efforts at School Specialty in Appleton where over the past 5 years he completed 10 transactions totally over $400M in value.
He helps identify, qualify and establish outside partnerships that result in sustainable business results for Innovation Applied clients.
Mr. Puissant holds a MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern.
He belongs to the program committee of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth).
