Since May, 2001 Mr. Felsenstein has served as Scopus' Vice President, Human Resources.
Previously, Mr. Felsenstein held the same positions at Orckit Communications, 1997 to 2001, and at Tadiran Communications from 1985-1996.
Mr. Felsenstein has also occupied a number of positions at Tadiran Communications from 1981 to 1985.
Prior to joining Tadiran, Mr. Felsenstein was a Cultural Representative to Jewish Community in Oklahoma in the US from 1977 to 1980.
Mr. Felsenstein holds a BA in Social Work from the University of Tel Aviv.
He served as a consultant to the Israel Defense Officers course, 1975-1977
