He retired in 2009 as Director (Senior Partner) from McKinsey & Company’s New York Office after twenty years at the firm where he led Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice, serving top management on corporate portfolio, transactional and post-merger management issues.
Mr. Ferrari earned baccalaureate and medical degrees from the University of Rochester in 1970 and 1974, respectively; a Juris Doctor from Loyola University; and a Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University.
Prior to joining McKinsey in 1989, he was a Colon and Rectal surgeon and Chief Operating Officer at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana.
