Mr. Arthur S.
Torrey is a Managing Director, Head of Public Credit Portfolio Management & Trading at NYL Investors LLC.
He is responsible for investment grade and high yield portfolio positioning and execution.
He is also Portfolio Manager on all floating rate loan mandates including retail mutual funds, institutional accounts and CLOs.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he was a portfolio manager and investment analyst for Carlyle High-Yield Partners.
He was also a corporate relationship manager for Fleet Securities, as well as corporate banker with Credit Agricole/Indosuez and ABN-AMRO Bank.
He has over 30 years of investment experience.
Mr. Torrey received a B.S.B.A. from the University of Denver.
