Angelo Casò

Angelo Casò is currently the Chairman of Fineldo SpA, Osvaldo Srl, ACBGroup SpA, and a Director of Tre Laghi SpA, European Financial Reporting Advisory Group, and Fondazione Sergio Loro Piana.
He is also an Auditor of Pasidis Investimenti SpA and Padis Investimenti SpA. In the past, he served as the Chairman of Milano Assicurazioni SpA, Vice President of Fédération des Experts-comptables Européens, and a Director of Falck SpA. He was also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA, an Auditor of Italmobiliare.
SpA and Sidis Investimenti SpA, and a Member of the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan.
Mr. Casò started his career as a Member of the Ragioneria Generale dello Stato in 1971 and became a Member of the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano in 1965.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Bocconi in 1964.
