Bradley A. Gold has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2011.
Mr. Gold is currently a private investor with over 12 years of experience sourcing and managing portfolio investments at leading private equity firms.
From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Gold served as a Managing Director in the private equity group of Cerberus Capital Management, which he joined in 2000.
At Cerberus, Mr. Gold was responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence, negotiating, structuring and closing transactions for its investments in portfolio companies.
In addition, Mr. Gold served on the boards of directors of a number of the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Gold spent two years at Jupiter Partners LLC, a private equity and leveraged buyout firm, and two years in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions advisory areas of The Blackstone Group L.P.
Mr. Gold received his B.S.
in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and received his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000.
