Workplace Technology Dividend Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-ended investment fund. The Fund's investment objectives include providing holders of Units (Unitholders) with stable monthly cash distributions and enhanced long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio (the Portfolio). It is designed to provide investors with a diversified, actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of dividend paying securities of Workplace Technology Issuers, including those whose operations may be related to financial technology, cybersecurity, software, and cloud computing. Middlefield Capital Corporation is the investment adviser to the Fund.
