Wilbo SA is a Poland-based company operating in the fish processing industry. The Company's range of products includes canned fish, frozen fish, fresh fish, smoked fish, breaded fish products, crabs, shrimps, mussels, as well as meat cans, among others. The Company offers its products under such brand names as Neptun, Taaka Ryba, Dal-Pecsa, Neptun HoReCa, Przysmak, Wilbo Catering and Proryb, as well as under private labels for supermarkets, hypermarkets, discount stores and wholesalers. As of December 31, 2011, WILBO SA held a 100% stake in Proryb Sp z o o and Wilbo USA LCC, based in the United States. As of December 31, 2011, the Company liquidated its subsidiary, Wilbo USA LCC. As of July 19, 2012, the Company filed motion for liquidation.
