Water Now, Inc. is engaged in developing and commercializing a gas/diesel and electric powered, portable device that processes and purifies contaminated water. The Company's segments include Water purification products and Oil recovery systems. Its water purification product lines consist of portable units capable of providing water purification. It also has developed a flameless heating technology that allows to manufacture an electronically powered portable heating platform. The platform uses no combustion or electronic heating elements. Its water solutions include Aqua 125, which deliver approximately 80 gallons per day of water and Aqua 1000, which produces approximately 800 gallons per day of water. The Company primarily sells its water purification products internationally and operates its oil recovery systems in the United States. Its wholly owned subsidiary is HydraSpin USA, Inc. (HydraSpin).
