The Electric Power Machinery-related segment is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of switches, transformers, environmental solution related machinery such as supervisor control machines, energy management systems and others. The Measuring Gauge-related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of various measuring gauges, the provision of electric energy measuring gauges repairs, as well as construction and engineering works of instrument abeyance substitution. The Real Estate and Construction segment is engaged in the rental of real estate, such as leasing buildings, contracted construction and engineering work of electric equipment, air-conditioning equipment, among others. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had five subsidiaries, one associated company and one affiliated company.
