The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and if warranted and feasible development of oil projects in the Peace River oil sands region. The Company has an interest in approximately seven oil sands leases, totaling over 40,704 hectares and approximately 8,704 hectares, all located in the Peace River oil sands area. In addition, the Company has a royalty interest in approximately 10 oil sands leases and owns over three non-producing wells. The Company has not generate revenues from its operations.
