Sponda Oy is a Finland-based real estate asset management company, which is specialising in owning, managing, developing and letting commercial properties in the biggest cities across Finland. The Company’s operations are organized into four business segments: Office Properties, Shopping Centers, Property Development, Non-Strategic Holdings, and Other. The Office Properties segment leases, purchases and sells office premises in Finland. The Shopping Center segment leases, purchases and sells retail premises in Finland. The Property Development segment implements new development projects, with focus on undeveloped plots and building renovations, primarily in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Non-Strategic Holdings include leasing and sale of logistics properties.
