It also plans to launch a chemical exchange business-to-business (B2B) platform for commercial buyers to submit purchase orders, and to purchase over 100 defoamer products offered by its supplier in China and the United States. The Company has approximately 80 acres of oil and gas mineral lease in Florida. The Company owns interest in a subsidiary company, Cannabis Funding Group, Inc., which is engaged in investing in Cannabis related businesses. Its subsidiary also includes Cannabis Funding Group, LP. The Company, through its subsidiary, International Equity Partners Oil & Gas, Inc., holds interest in gold mining assets in Colorado.
