The Shipbuilding segment is mainly engaged in the building bulk carriers for domestic and overseas ship owners, and repair of ships for private and government vessels. The Land segment is involved in the manufacture and rental of elevators for construction work; the manufacture and maintenance of mechanical parking devices; the manufacture of mechanical parts and other products; the engineering work of air conditioning, drainage and environmental work; software development; sales of ship equipment; security business; management of real estate; as well as insurance agent business. The Leisure segment is engaged in manufacture of amusement park machine, management of amusement parks, operation and maintenance of amusement facilities, operation of Ferris wheel and accompanying facilities, and management of leisure facilities.
